The project will start from one single class of no more than 12 students as a pilot run.  Following its success, the project will pair two teachers to teach two classes, so that the cost will be equivalent to one teacher for one class, thus maintain the same cost level as conventional classroom teachings.

 

The biggest problem for students will be withdraw from classes for various reasons. But at the end of the day, the fundamental reason is that students do not take English learning as their priority because of its challenge and its dim long-term benefits. Therefore, the project will leverage scholarship to encourage learners to successfully complete the programs. The scholarship would be granted to those who successfully complete the program with one level advance by standardized proficiency test.

The question would be what if all students are eligible to scholarships? The answer is:

1. If that happens, the fact is the best advertisement in its own right;

2. Since the enrolment is an ongoing process, when one term successfully finish, the tuition fees from more students will support the running cost of the program.

3. The increasing popularity will support the running cost of the teaching activities as well as the expansion of the project for the planned online teaching.
